Sustainability lies at the heart of our mission, a commitment demonstrated by the numerous certifications we have obtained, reflecting a corporate philosophy focused on product quality and responsible production.
Sublitex is strongly committed to environmental sustainability and, over the years, has progressively adopted more water-efficient processes, including sublimation and transfer printing technologies, which do not require the use of water for either the preparation or finishing of fabrics. These processes, combined with production in Italy, bring together creativity, innovation and reliability to meet the expectations of clients who demand the highest quality standards.
We are pleased to announce the publication of our third Sustainability Report, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to responsible and transparent business practices.
Our mission goes beyond sourcing certified raw materials: every day we work to reduce production waste and promote the recycling of finished product scraps, supporting a circular economy approach throughout our processes.
Chemical Management
Sublitex adopts a strict chemical management policy, in line with the main international standards of the industry.
Waterless Printing
Sublimation transfer technology used to produce printed fabrics in polyester and blended fibers significantly reduces water consumption compared to traditional printing methods.
Recycled and Certified Fabrics
Combining industrial production efficiency with environmental responsibility. This commitment is demonstrated by the numerous certifications obtained, including GRS, bluesign® and OEKO-TEX®, reflecting a corporate philosophy focused on product quality and responsible manufacturing.
ISO 14001:2015
ISO 14001:2015 certification is part of a set of international standards relating to Environmental Management Systems. Its structure is based on management system principles that include planning, implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement actions.
Through this certification, the key requirements are defined for identifying, controlling, and monitoring the aspects of an organization with an environmental policy, such as Miroglio, which has long been committed to all sustainability-related issues.
ISO 45001:2018
ISO 45001:2018 certification is based on the application of the first international standard for occupational health and safety.It establishes a framework to improve safety, reduce workplace risks, and enhance workers’ health and well-being, enabling organizations to proactively improve health and safety performance.
The related standard aims to systematize the control, knowledge, and awareness of all risks inherent in both routine and non-routine workplace operations, representing a mark of distinction for organizations committed to managing employee health and safety.
GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD
Product and process certification issued by ICEA concerning the printing of recycled polyester fabric. In accordance with the Global Recycle Standard, it highlights products made from recycled materials, respecting environmental and social criteria across all stages of the production chain
BLUESIGN
Sublitex has been a Bluesign® System Partner since 2020.
The Bluesign® standard provides an independent approval system for the textile industry that considers the entire production process, minimizes environmental impact, safeguards human health, and enhances competitiveness and innovation.
ZDHC Supplier to Zero
Sublitex adheres to the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero program.
